This is what ghanaspinn.com believes in A video of a male student being whipped at the Saint Stephens Presby Senior High/Technical School has emerged online despite a ban on corporal punishment in schools by the Ghana Education Service (GES). 

There's no clear information about the infraction that attracted authorities in the school to sanction flogging as punishment for the student. In the video that has since gone viral online, a man alleged to be the housemaster could be seen striking the backside of the student with a cane, allegedly flogging him with 25 strokes.
