 Notorious 22-year-old iPhone fraudster Vincent finally busted by police; photos pop up 

- A notorious scammer has been arrested by personnel of the Ghana police - He was baited by the police into thinking he had gotten a new victim - While engaging in the deal with his new client, police swooped in on him and picked him up 

The Police have arrested Vincent Tawiah, a 22year-old internet fraudster at Accra Mall for defrauding unsuspecting persons under the pretext of selling iPhones. The suspect was arrested by officers of the National Police Operations Department on Monday, May 10, 2021. According to the police, the suspect’s modus is to advertise the iPhones on Instagram and other social media platforms for prices ranging from One Thousand One Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH1,100.00) to Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH5,000.00). 

He was selling less than the market prices of iPhones sold on the general market and that was how he was able to get a lot of clients.

 The Police are therefore asking persons who have also been defrauded by the suspect to report to the National Operations Department at the Police Headquarters, Ring Road Accra. Meanwhile, one of the contestants of popular reality television dating show Date Rush., Ruby, has recounted how a certain popular man tried forcing himself on her. According to her, the man came under the guise of managing her but had his own ulterior motive of having his way with her.

While speaking in an exclusive interview with Zionfelix and sighted by YEN.com.gh, Ruby said following the Date Rush season, the man sent her a message requesting to be her manager.
