According to the 28-year-old, when he finished his national service at the Ghana Redcross Society, he was not successful at getting retained as an employee. 

In his own words, "I finished my national service and had no job. Out of pressure, I had to walk out and look for a job, which is why I ended up at the washing bay" Antwi Bosiako has also worked as a registration assistant with the National Identification Authority but it was only for a brief contract that expired in no time.
